May 15, 2009 (Friday) Judges Pre-Training Conference, Instructor:

Please note that the Judges Pre-Training Conference fee is not included in the cost of the training conference.

May 16 & 17, 2009 (Sat. & Sun.) Training Conference -
Candidate    Cost    $275.00
Auditor:    Cost    $150.00
Spectator:    Cost    $75.00

Auditors participate in all parts on the training conference, but are not candidates and are not eligible for a judge's license. Spectators observe all parts of the training conference, but do not participate in exams, placing classes, or reasons classes. Youth under 18 (not eligible for a regular license) may participate in the Pre-Training Conference at reduced cost, and, if desired, may register as spectators ($75.) in the Training conference. Youth may not register as auditors or candidates.

If you choose to audit, you will not be eligible to qualify for a license even if you pass all parts of the TC. Lunch, drinks and snacks will be provided each day and the cost is included in registration fee. $100 non-refundable deposit is due with your initial registration. The balance is due by April 15, 2009. All fees are non-refundable.

Prerequisites for licensing:
You must be 18 or older by the training conference date.
You must have an individual ADGA membership with your dues paid current.
You must have completed a Pre TC in the past, or complete the Pre TC on May 15, 2009
You must pay the $25.00 license fee to ADGA

Host Hotel: Sonoita Inn, 3243 Hwy 82, Sonoita Arizona 85637 520-455-5935 Negotiated Rate: $89./night (includes Continental breakfast) for up to 3 persons in a room. A reservation form is included - please return with your initial registration and include the names (if any) of those with whom you will be sharing a room. There are no other motels in Sonoita. You will need to stay at the Inn.

Airports/Directions:
Tucson International Airport (TUS) 1 hr drive to Sonoita I-10 East Exit 281 (Hwy 83) to Sonoita, AZ. Stop sign at intersection of Hwy 83 with Hwy 82. The Sonoita Inn is just east of the Shell station at the SE corner of the intersection.
