The following Show Rule is posted here for your convenience, due to many questions recently, regarding sanctioning of AOP classes and New Breeds:
ARRANGEMENT OF CLASSES AND MAKING OF AWARDS
1. The order of the show should be clearly stated in the show's rules
submitted to ADGA for sanctioning. If it is not, the order in which the
breeds
are presented to ADGA for sanctioning will be considered the order of the
show.
When multiple sanctions are offered, a complete schedule of judging order
will be provided. ADGA Official Shows may sanction classes for the
following
breed divisions.
a. Alpine b. Lamancha c. Nubian d. Oberhasli e. Saanen f. Sable
g. Toggenburg h. Nigerian Dwarf i. All Other Purebred
j. Recorded Grade
2. If the A.O.P. breed division, 1.i. is applied for, no more than
six
breed divisions of 1.a. through 1.h. may be sanctioned. All animals of the
purebred breed divisions not separately sanctioned must be permitted to
show in
it.
