The ADGA website is currently undergoing maintenance and users may experience issues when logging into member services.
ISSUE 1: No Database Connection. We are currently working on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
RECOMMENDATION: Please try logging in again at a later time.
ISSUE 2: Selecting Member Services option at top of page displays a “non-member” error and asks if you want to renew your dues. When you log into the site, you’re directed to the Member Services page where all Member Services are available and working. The problem comes in when you leave the Member Services page to visit another page on the website, and then try to use the Member Services option at top of page to return to Member Services.
RECOMMENDATION 1: When you log into the site and are directed to the Member Services page, try to complete any business on that page before leaving it to visit any other page on the website.
RECOMMENDATION 2: When you log into the site and are directed to the Member Services page, open a new browser window to adga.org. Use Member Services in the one window and browse any other page(s) using the other window.
