The following issues are scheduled to be corrected, and we expect these fixes will allow most members to view their own results.
** Members will not be able to search for DNA results on animals they do not own.
- Animals typed prior to 2021 may not show a case number or sample number
- Most animals typed as unregistered kids have not had their results posted to the registered name in NG since 2021
- There are some missing DNA results for animals typed from March 2021 through June of 2022
- If DNA tests for multiple animals are checked out of the cart together, they may not all process. Please complete one animal at a time to prevent this issue. If you have unprocessed DNA requests, please submit a support ticket.
- Animals marked as Sold or Deceased in NG may not show up as potential parents on the DNA request page. If the animal is already registered, staff will automatically add the missing parent. If you have submitted an unregistered DNA request, please submit a support ticket for assistance in adding all of your potential parents.
- Some DNA results are not visible to members even when they are inputted into NG.
