The most recent bug is randomly creating a work item in members’ accounts for potential registrations and membership applications that is an action item with no corrections included. More frequently, it seems to be affecting breeds that go under review.
This is an error and can be ignored by members. Paperwork will continue to be processed by the ADGA office.
The developer team is working to find the foundational cause to this issue. We sincerely apologize knowing that these problems are causing frustration and are working to rectify them.
