ADGA has set up a JotForm to request that the DNA test be linked to the now-registered animal. You can submit multiple animals on the same form, if needed.

While requests can be made in other ways, this process will capture and track the information with the data pieces staff need all in one place, and will support quickly linking the information.

You will need: 

• Registration ID and correlating info used when you had the goat tested. 

The correlating information can be the tattoo, sample ID, or VGL case ID. All information used in testing that is specific to the animal (tattoo, date of birth, gender, breed) will need to match the registration for the link to be completed.  Any case, recent or old, can be entered on this form.
