Elections
In 2022, the Board of Directors approved the use of an online voting system to conduct all ADGA elections using an online service. We’re happy to announce the upcoming director nominations will be conducted online.
In order to vote online, a member must use their member number and their assigned PIN to access the ballot. All eligible active members with an email address associated with their account will receive an email prior to the start of the election which will include the member number and PIN. If you do not have an email associated with your account, we encourage you to create a login for your membership. You can still vote without a login for your membership account, but you will not receive the email announcing the election.
If you are an eligible voting member, and do not have a smart phone or access to the internet to vote online, you can request a paper ballot. This paper ballot must be received at the voting company address on the ballot by the deadline for the election being conducted. You may request a paper ballot by calling or by using the support system and choosing the “Paper Ballot Request” option. A paper ballot will only be mailed to the address associated with the member account. Only official paper ballots created by ADGA will be accepted.
