Current Phone Hours

The ADGA Office is processing member requests Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am –  4:00 pm unless otherwise noted on ADGA’s Calendar. (All times Eastern Time, USA). The call center is closed on Wednesdays to allow our staff to focus on processing tickets, registrations and transfers.

To better serve our members, the call center has been restructured to reduce caller wait times. Callers should expect to have their information taken by a call center member (please have a ticket number available if applicable) and then have their information forwarded to the correct department in the office for resolution. This means callers may not receive an immediate resolution on the phone call. However, by giving this information to the correct department these issues can be resolved faster without the member having to wait on the phone.
