The ADGA President has called a special meeting of the Board of Directors for 12/19/25 at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. (Guidebook II.G.2)

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and enact proposals regarding the 2027 National Show location, the Spotlight Sale location, and an administrative rule regarding buck show wins.

Information regarding the modified redistricting plan will be brought forward to the Board as an information-only item for a vote at a future meeting in late January. This will allow for additional time for Directors and members to familiarize themselves with the proposal.

The proposals can be found on the website, under membership, ADGA Publications. The password has been sent to members via email.
