Jake Houston is bringing 14 years of customer service experience to ADGA from prior employment in a large supermarket chain. His most recent position before joining the office staff was Customer Service Manager.
Jake is starting off processing transfers but he will be using his skills across many areas of ADGA’s customer service as he continues to learn the intricacies of the dairy goat registry. His next areas to learn will be registrations, shows and the dairy goat industry.
Jake says he “enjoys problem solving and new challenges” so is a welcome asset to the Association. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening.
