Sena Cross joins ADGA, bringing extensive experience in project management, Agile/Scrum leadership, business process design, systems analysis, quality control, budgeting, vendor management, testing, rollout, and stakeholder communication. She holds an MBA in Health Service Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University/Northern Illinois University.

Sena most recently served as a Project Management Consultant with SMC Consultants, where she managed project goals, budgets, resources, timelines, stakeholder updates, risk planning, and process implementation. Prior to that, she worked as a Program Manager with NASCO, overseeing business and vendor requirements, project documentation, budgets, risk management, testing, implementation, and issue resolution. Her background also includes work as a Senior Scrum Master at AT&T, a Senior Project Manager at CVS Health, an Agile Scrum Master at Grainger, and a Project Manager at Deliv.

Earlier in her career, Sena spent more than a decade with Health Care Service Corporation, where she advanced into project management and Agile Scrum Master roles, leading large-scale healthcare IT system implementations, enterprise projects, systems conversions, and cross-functional teams of more than 100 resources.
